1. Who we are

OneJourney is operated by Hotel Direct LLC, incorporated in Florida, USA. We provide a hospitality payment card platform including virtual card services, AI invoice reconciliation, and expense management tools for hotel and restaurant operators.

References to "we", "us", or "OneJourney" in this policy mean Hotel Direct LLC. Our registered address is 110 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

2. What data we collect

We collect personal data in the following categories:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, job title, property name, and company details provided during registration.
  • Payment data: transaction records, card usage data, supplier details, and invoice information processed through the SwiftPay platform.
  • Usage data: how you interact with our platform, including page views, feature usage, session duration, and device information.
  • Communication data: messages you send us via email, contact forms, or support channels.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to: provide and improve the OneJourney platform; process payments and distribute cashback; generate AI reconciliation outputs; communicate platform updates and offers relevant to your account; comply with financial regulations and anti-money laundering requirements; and respond to your enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising purposes. OneJourney products are ad-free.

4. Data sharing

We share data with: banking and card network partners (Monovate Bank, WEX Bank, Visa, Mastercard) as required to process payments; technology partners involved in platform delivery; and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law.

All data sharing is governed by data processing agreements that require partners to maintain equivalent data protection standards.

5. Data retention

We retain account and transaction data for seven years as required by financial services regulations. Usage data is retained for 24 months. You may request deletion of non-regulated data at any time.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data; withdraw consent where processing is consent-based; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.
