I gave the website, the booking engine, and the digital marketing to the hotel for free. The hotel paid nothing upfront. Revenue came from the booking, not from the hotel's own budget.

That company was acquired. The second one extended the same model — inclusive value, derisked cost, shared upside. That was acquired too.

Hospitality is one of the world's largest industries — and one of the most financially primitive. The average 100-room hotel processes over 2,000 supplier invoices per year, almost all paid by bank transfer, wire, cheque, or cash.

None of those payment methods generate any return. The hotel absorbs all the FX fees, wire costs, and processing time. The interchange value — the revenue embedded in every card transaction — flows to the banks, not the operator.

OneJourney changes that. We route that interchange back to the hotel. Zero cost to them. Revenue share to us. Permanent structural advantage to whoever gets there first.
