The Foundation tier of the OneJourney platform is provided at no setup cost and no monthly recurring charge. OneJourney earns revenue through interchange on transactions processed via SwiftPay virtual cards. This interchange is shared with users as cashback in accordance with the applicable tier rate.
Higher tiers (Growth, Command, Enterprise) have monthly subscription fees as published on our pricing page. All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
Virtual cards are issued subject to approval by our card issuing partners and applicable banking regulations. Cashback rates are as published and may be subject to change. Cashback is calculated on settled transactions and credited monthly. OneJourney reserves the right to withhold cashback in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.
You agree to use the platform only for legitimate business payment purposes relating to your hospitality operations. You must not use the platform for personal expenditure, money laundering, or any illegal purpose. Virtual cards must not be shared with unauthorised users.
All intellectual property in the OneJourney platform, including software, AI models, trade marks, and content, is owned by Hotel Direct LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneJourney's liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or loss-of-profit damages.
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' written notice. We may terminate immediately for material breach, non-payment, or suspected fraudulent activity. On termination, unused cashback balances will be paid out within 60 days.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County.
